cancellation policy

Please Provide a cancellation notice via text/email at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of your scheduled service. If you no- call/no- show your appointment, you are subject to a charge of 100% of your service total. Lost Roots Salon reserves the right to refuse services at any time

re-do service policy

At Lost Roots Salon I strive to provide a safe environment and exceptional service. If an adjustment to a prior service is required, or you are unhappy with the outcome of your service provided, please notify within 2 weeks. Any re-do services after this time frame are subject to new service charge.

child policy

To insure the safety of everyone and to maintain a relaxing environment , children are not permitted in Lost Roots Salon.
